Tiesta Duggal is an internationally certified Workshop Leader, a Life Coach and Healer with over 7 years of work experience. She founded Navyam - The Mind and Soul Abode in 2018, through which she has conducted several transformative workshops and sessions across India. Her motto is to help everyone become the best version of themselves, helping them through sessions on relationships, self-love, emotional and mental health. For her work, she received the Holistic Wellness Award for the Youngest Best Life Coach from Golden Age Transformation by Ramon Llamba.
