#1 Take a digital detox
Forget about the latest gadget, going unplugged will be one of the biggest travel trends in next year. According to various surveys, majority of the people think we need to start using social media in moderation and taking a trip without screen time is one of the best places to start. Learn how to part from your phone and check out digital detox “hotspots” to plan your next trip. Unplug your digital addictions and connect with yourself!
#2 Get some ZZZs
Believe it or not getting eight hours of sleep each day can go a long way in helping you overhaul your life without much effort. A good night’s sleep helps you burn fat; it decreases your stress levels and improves your immune system. It is also said to boost your mood and mental clarity.
#3 Try something new
Have you tried laughing yoga? Give it a whirl or if you like the outdoors, try climbing or running a small race. If you want to eat healthier but don’t know where to start, try taking healthy cooking class or join an online group. Interacting with people who share your passion will definitely help you stick to your goals.
#4 Give yourself a little something
Instead of focusing on cutting out say sugar or bread from your diet, make a resolution to add something another expert suggests. How about adding a green vegetable to every meal or some protein with your snack? You can also consider drinking a glass or two of more water each day.

Everyone has something that allows them to be fully present in their mind, providing a mini-vacation from the chaos of everybody else’s problems. Life can be full of adventures, if you make them a priority. Have one adventure per week in 2016, and see how far that takes you. Setting goals for adventures and things that give you thrill can pump you up like nothing else. Believe you deserve it and go for it!
#10 Contact people you once knew
People happen all the time. Some leave, some stay and some leave and still stay. Let those who’ve left and still stayed get a chance to be a part of your life again. Interact with people you have not talked to in some time. Try looking for contact numbers of school friends, maybe even back from kindergarten and let them know that you still miss them, or in the least remember them. Maybe people you knew can turn into people you know!
