A drained social battery can interfere with our everyday chores when juggling work, housework, and other responsibilities, so we reached out to a few young people to learn how they deal with it. When I asked a few young people how they cope with this, one 23-year-old told me that she goes on walks and takes a digital detox, and that she frequently avoids using Instagram because it gets too overwhelming. Another young teen stated that she loves to sit at home wrapped in a blanket, reading suspense novels and having a cup of her favorite ice-cream. While another said that he finds himself taking a mini-vacation to get away from reality and spend time in nature.
Therefore, to conclude, while everyone has different energy levels and different ways to cope up with them, we can incorporate the above practices into our daily routine so that you can effectively recharge your social battery and get back to having a good time with friends, family and colleagues with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
